Project Management

UC Merced INFEWS Governance:

As a multi-institution research group involving five investigators, six additional senior personnel, six graduate and undergraduate students, and many collaborating and stakeholder groups, an effective governing structure has been central to our success in collaborative research and outreach. The core UCM INFEWS investigators are committed to the success of this FEWS research, and consider it a major focus of their own research. Each has a leadership role in the UCM INFEWS and together they form the executive committee for the project. This management structure provides a responsive forum for making decisions, allocating resources and responsibilities, and monitoring and assessing progress towards meeting program objectives across partner institutions.
