During 2012 and 2013, teams applied adaptations to various regions with the Kings River Basin Forest. This included selective cutting and perscribed burning within the region to promote healthy regeneration. Sites and regions of interest were recorded throughout the basin, tracking these regions and the forest management applications applied can tell us more about how me manage forests within the Sierras. We'll be using Google Earth Engine to retrieve Landsat 8 images and refining them using R.
